Soft Tissue Mobilisation

This technique involves applying gentle pressure and stretching to the muscles and other soft tissues to help release tension, restore range of motion, and improve flexibility.

Myofascial Release

This technique targets the fascia, a connective tissue that surrounds muscles, to release tension and promote healing. It typically involves applying sustained pressure to specific points or using gentle stretching movements.

Trigger Point Therapy

This technique focuses on releasing trigger points, which are tight knots within muscles that can cause pain and restrict movement. Chiropractors may apply direct pressure or use various tools to treat these points.

Active Release

This technique involves a combination of movement and pressure to treat soft tissue injuries. The chiropractor actively engages the patient in specific movements while applying pressure to the affected area to promote healing and restore function.

Joint Adjustments

Often used in conjunction with soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization techniques aim to restore proper movement and alignment of joints. Gentle manipulation, stretching, and mobilization techniques may be used to improve joint function and reduce pain.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy

This technique utilizes specialized instruments to apply targeted pressure and friction to scar tissue, adhesions, and other soft tissue restrictions. It helps break down scar tissue and promotes the regeneration of healthy tissue.
